Concise Reviews and Joke Avoiding

Oh hai Minions! What are you doing there? That was very cheesy. But, hey, I'm a cheesy person!

What am I doing? You didn't ask? Let's pretend you did. I am currently in the car driving (well, I'm the passenger!) back from the mountains. You're probably *not* thinking, "Didz, I thought you were going to the beach!" Well, WB, I did go to the beach but we had to leave quite early so Daddy took a detour on the way home into country mountain land to look at craft markets, antique centres etc. We're now (as I said) going home for real now.

Unfortunately (for you), I overestimated the length of our stay and didn't do any interesting things, interviews or anything whatsoever to type about. Ummm *twiddles thumbs, looks about awkwardly*

I am eating a bagel. (Does that count as a Panic! reference.) *cough cough* Oh! I have developed quite the cough. Great quality reading, this! Hahaha! You'd probably prefer I didn't post!

I don't believe I've introduced you all to Lola. Lola is my plush cat (she's technically a baby panther but whatevsies). She was the plush I carried around when I became a 3yr old. Also, as confirmation that I am 3, I reveal that I take Lola to bed with me.
Remember those books people used to make in primary school documenting the adventures of their teddy bears? Perhaps I should do that on here with Lola! Thoughts?

There is nothing on my bagel, btw. I felt that was important. LOLOLOL! For the bookworms out there (particularly Bookworm), I have not yet completed 'The Guernsey Literacy and Potato Peel Pie Society' because I have become more interested in 2 other books: Inkheart & Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (more so Alice [it being one if my favourite tales {though I've never read the book prior to now}]) (both intended for young children, I know!) My copy of Alice is actually a free iBook on my iPod (great app, I order you to download it [all reviews ought to be that straight forward!]). Question: What is fav book? Mine would be Emily the Strange: The Lost Days, The Ruby Talisman & Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (so far).

*COUGH COUGH COUGH COUGH SLPUTTER CHOKE GASP COUGH COUGH* My cough worsening :(

If you keep track of my Insta, by the time I publish this post, I would've posted pics from my trip. Check it! (If you don't have the IG app, get it too. It's my fav social network.)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHANEDAWSONTV!!! (It was made on the 10th but, in 'merica it's the 10th today so technically its bday is today!) This channel is tied with 'Smosh' and 'Shane' for my favourite! Thanks for te lols!!!!!!!

Sox, LaLaLally, Mummy, Daddy and I were brainstorming ways to avoid knock knock jokes! XD Here are some of the best (say these when someone says, "Knock, knock):
Come in!
I'm in the shower
Go away
Release the hounds
No hawkers
This is private property
Not today, thanks
Nobody home! (lmao at this one)
Come 'round the back
The door's unlocked
Knock knock (the genius of Lally!)
*bark like a dog*
*no answer*
Sorry, I can't hear you
*babble in-comprehensively like a madman*
Braaaaaiiiiinnnss
Is that the pizza man?
*scream*
Come back later, we're having dinner!

So, if ever you want to avoid a cheesy knock knock joke, use one of the above! As well as ruining their jokes and avoiding a waste of time, you get to witness their classic facial expression!!!!!!! XD Feel free to add your own

This post is getting very long so I'll stop there! Re to the member: Pretend to be curious, don't catch my cold, reminisce, love Lola, get iBooks, read, offer feedback, get IG, look at IG, fangirl over YouTubers (you don't have to but I will), avoid knock knock jokes and offer further feedback! I work you guys hard! NOW GET GOING! Bye WEB MINIONS! Stay awesome! XD

P.S. I am attempting to link a picture of Lola but it mightn't work seeing as this is the first time I've done so via my iPod! Cya later!

  7. I was bored so I found your twitter thing. (no offense). I know exactly which social event you're talking about... You should have heard the girls today...omg, which dance are you going to? (because did you know that there's two on tonight?)...what are you wearing?...who are you going with... Etc. etc. etc. I feel left out, but quite quite superior... Those things are simply torture for unsociable me.

and by the way, am i talking to myself on here?

  8. Hello. I am alive! I know EXACTLY what you mean! Everyone's chatting about what they're gonna wear while I silently sit thinking, "Well aren't you a social little butterfly!" How are these things considered enjoyable? I don't understand it. Have you yet ventured out of MathsAssignmentLand? Btw, that vid is awesome!

  9. You could be describing a passage from my day.
I have absolutely no idea how these things could be considered enjoyable. Loud music? Fashion peer pressure? Contemporary 'cool' dancing? Contemporaries (not that I think of them as equals) from the Opposite Sex? And all the most ridiculous ones of our own? What a fun evening. Not! I'd rather stay at home watching (and re-watching, and re-watching, and...) awesome videos about books.

I came out of MathsAssignmentLand a few weeks ago, but unfortunatley the only exit led straight to a crossroads - EnglishAssignmentLand or SOSEAssignmentLand? I'm in EnglishAssignmentLand atm, but expect to cross the border sometime in the next 12 hours...

    how're things going for you?

oh, and btw do you like my profile picture?
